The University of Engineering and Agricultural Sciences (UEAS) is a new public tertiary institution located in Bunso, Eastern Region, Ghana. Funded in part through a $90 million arrangement with South Korea's Exim Bank, the university is slated to admit its first cohort of 800 students in October 2026.

Academic Structure
The university launches with two primary faculties geared toward national industrialization and food security: 
School of Engineering: Focuses on mechanical, civil, electrical, computer, and related engineering disciplines to boost local industry and infrastructure. 
School of Agricultural Sciences: Focuses on modern farming methods, agro-entrepreneurship, technology-driven agriculture, and irrigation research.
